About our Us

The Special Yoga Centre, a charity based in NW London provides a variety of yoga related services to the London community. This unique organization offers yoga therapy to children with special needs, people with long term illnesses and those with degenerative conditions. In addition, an exciting and diverse programme for pregnant and post-natal women, mothers and babies, children, teens, as well as general adult classes including Astanga, Hatha, Iyengar, and Pilates are available. Classes run year round as well as bi-annual Yoga for the Special Child. Next course begins Oct 20th
