About our UsI teach TriYoga, a systematic hatha yoga
method in which breath is united with
flowing & sustained postures in systematized
sequences. Fundamentals include
relaxation-in-action, wave-like spinal
movements & economy of motion.
Sustained attention to alignment, flow &
breath allows relaxation, strength,
flexibility and well-being to emerge. The
result is increased energy - physical,
mental & spiritual. Classes are offered from
Basics/Beginning to Level One &
Level Two. Prenatal & Gentle classes available
