About our Us

Ki Jai Yoga. It’s a call. It’s a response. It’s a victory for each of us to know. We provide personalized instruction in several styles of yoga, teaching accurate theory and proper technique illuminated by modern social and scientific advancements. Yoga styles include Hatha, Vinyasa Flow, Ki Jai Integral, and Kundalini. Ki Jai Yoga is based on the direct experience of the ancient rishis, the direct experience of the ancient tantrics, the direct experiences of our founder, Alia Christy, and her aim to give each and every dedicated student their own direct experience.
