About our UsWe invite you to come and experience the warmth and beauty of our studio. Cultivating body awareness is the heart of our program. Yoga provides a means to attune the body and bring clarity to the mind. Yoga is not physical gymnastics, but a practice to open the body, heart, mind and spirit. Students are encouraged to investigate both the gross and the subtle nature of their bodies in any of our 60 weekly classes. We also have a state-of-the-art heating and air-conditioning system that maintains a constant temperature. In 2009 we are celebrating our 10 year anniversary and we are grateful to bring more than just yoga to West Berkeley. In addition to yoga and movement classes, we have on-site massage, Ayurvedic and Acupunture practitioners. We hope you will join us for 10 more years of movement, healing and self exploration.
