About our Us

Buddhi-Zuddha Yoga Studio offers Kripalu style yoga classes to all levels and abilities. Michelle is a Kripalu certified yoga teacher as well as a licenced massage therapist/bodyworker who has practiced over a decade. She brings a great understanding and wisdom of the body to her classes. Classes are available Monday - Saturday. Private sessions are also offered.
