About our UsI am a Certified Rahini Yoga Instructor, 200 hour level. I graduated Rahini Yoga School in E. Setauket with Dean Telano as the Instructor. Rahini Yoga is a "Healing" Yoga, where we combine some breaths of fire with traditional Yoga postures. This Yoga can be gentle and relaxing, as well as vigorous and heating, depending on the needs of the student. I recently graduated in August 2006, and have taught at some gyms, and am now teaching Yoga to Paumanok Elementary School students in Dix Hills. Am looking for a Yoga studio, gym or Adult Education Center where I can teach my Yoga on a regular ongoing basis. Please call if interested. Also available for private classes. |
